Reliable Steam Generation for Advanced Laboratory Use
The water vapor generator is designed for simple and safe operation, featuring a unique vaporization structure that overcomes the common issues of traditional generators, such as unstable flow, difficult temperature control, and inconsistent vapor output.
It provides precise, continuous, and stable steam for a variety of applications, including steel corrosion testing, fuel cell testing, catalytic hydrothermal aging, fixed bed and fluidized bed reactions, biodegradation, and synthesis reactions.
Operating Requirements:
Environment: The generator operates effectively in environments with temperatures ranging from ambient to 60°C
and humidity levels up to 90% RH.
Power Supply: Requires a 220V AC external power supply and provides a 24VDC power source for calibration
instruments.
Laboratory Setup: Operates under standard laboratory conditions without the need for expensive fully
air-conditioned environments. The device requires only distilled water, 10 bar oil-free compressed air,
and 90-230VAC power.
Measurement Range: Works within a humidity range of 10-95% RH, suitable for calibrating cylindrical probe
transmitters (e.g., transmitters, handheld meters) and wall-mounted square transmitters (e.g., data loggers,
wall-mounted instruments).
Safety Considerations: Ensure that the internal vaporizer, sealed with PTFE, does not exceed a temperature
of 260°C. During high-flow experiments, set the vaporization temperature to at least 150°C to prevent the liquid
from not vaporizing properly. After high-flow operations, stop the liquid feed and set the vaporization
temperature to 0°C to avoid temperature overshoot. Avoid activating the heating switch without connecting the
heating tape.
This solution ensures that the water vapor generator delivers reliable, precise performance in a variety of
demanding applications while maintaining safety and ease of use.
