Dew Point Transmitter

The DT8020 dew point transmitter utilizes advanced polymer sensitive capacitance technology, ensuring rapid response and high stability. This device can measure dew points ranging from -80°C to 20°C Td, with an accuracy of ±2°C Td across the full range. Additionally, the HDP-8206 features automatic zero-point calibration and can automatically heat to clean chemical substances adhered to the sensor surface, ensuring stable long-term use.

After more than two decades of rigorous research, our polymer dew point capacitor has been developed to effectively overcome the difficulties associated with traditional polymer capacitors in measuring extremely low humidity levels. Particularly in environments below -40°C Td, the low rate of change makes circuit signal differentiation challenging. Through extensive basic research and technological innovation, we have successfully enhanced low humidity sensitivity. Currently, when the dew point changes from -70°C Td to -50°C Td, the base capacitance can increase from 300pF to 305pF, a performance unmatched by any similar products on the market.
